White Bean and Chicken Salad

The unusual salad with white beans and chicken that I propose turns out to be original with an interesting combination of products. The salad won't take long. A good option for a dinner or a festive feast.

Rinse the chicken fillet well. Fill a pot of cold water, salt, add chicken fillet. Bring to a boil, remove the foam with a slotted spoon, cook the chicken for 20 minutes over medium heat. Cool the finished meat and cut into small cubes.
