Broccoli salad

Broccoli is a type of cabbage that is rich in vitamins. Cabbage is low in calories and easy to prepare. Great for a side dish or salad. I suggest making a warm broccoli vegetable salad. The salad turns out to be not only tasty, but also dietary.

Defrost the frozen broccoli in plenty of ice water.
