Broccoli and avocado salad

I love broccoli very much. The vegetable is easy to prepare and delicious. Once I found a recipe for a salad with broccoli and avocado, interpreted it a bit and now it is one of my favorite salads. A great option for a dinner or a festive celebration.

Place frozen broccoli in boiling salted water and boil for 5 minutes. Throw in a colander and let cool.

Peel the garlic and cut into thin strips, pour three tablespoons of boiling water over.

Rinse fresh dill well under running water, dry and chop finely with a knife.

Wash the lemon well, cut it in half and squeeze out the lemon juice using a special device.

Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry and cut into quarters.

Wash the avocado, cut lengthwise, remove the pit with a sharp knife, remove the pulp with a tablespoon and cut into small cubes. To prevent the avocado from darkening, drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Prepare a salad dressing. Put sour cream in a container with garlic, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Put the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl, season with the prepared sauce, mix. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Serve the salad in portions, sprinkle each portion with grated cheese on top.
