This salad can be prepared from both frozen broccoli and fresh. The dressing is also offered to choose from, according to taste and dietary preferences. There are few components in such a salad, but the bulk of the taste does not lose at all from this.
Ingredients
Cooking process
The broccoli must be boiled. If fresh cabbage is used, then we immediately disassemble it into small inflorescences, put it in salted boiling water and cook on an average stove temperature for three to five minutes until soft. If frozen broccoli is used, then it is recommended to defrost it completely beforehand so that all parts of the inflorescence are cooked evenly during cooking. Put the verified broccoli in a colander with a slotted spoon, let the liquid drain completely and cool.
Put the cooled broccoli inflorescences in a wide salad bowl. If necessary, cut the oversized stems into smaller pieces. Add the chopped eggs and crab stick cubes. For refueling, mix the required ingredients in a separate bowl. Option one: mix mayonnaise with sour cream. Option two: mix natural yogurt with lemon juice and mustard. Pour the components of the salad with the finished dressing, mix gently. To taste, you can additionally add salt and sprinkle with ground black pepper. You can decorate with sprigs of your favorite greenery.
Bon Appetit!
