Broccoli and chicken salad

Broccoli is rarely liked by anyone for its neutral taste, but in a salad, and even with chicken, it acquires a bright taste. Boiled chicken is not suitable for this salad - it must be baked in a frying pan or grilled with spices. If the cabbage is not overcooked, but cooked soft and crispy, and even cut into small pieces, then no one will understand that this is broccoli. Such a delicious and satisfying salad will be eaten with pleasure by everyone, even children.

First, boil the cabbage for 3 minutes in salted water, then drain in a colander and immediately pour over with ice water. This will keep the cabbage color and crisp. Wash the tomato and chop it into large wedges.

Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry with a towel and sprinkle with chicken seasoning.

Then fry in a preheated grill pan for a few minutes. You can fry the fillets in an ordinary skillet with medium heat and a closed lid, it is only important not to overcook the meat so that the meat does not become dry. Cool the cooked fillet and cut into medium cubes.

Put the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl, sprinkle with salt and black pepper to your liking, pour garlic sauce and stir. To prepare such a sauce, mix mayonnaise with a few cloves of garlic chopped in a garlic bowl.
