Bean and Mushroom Salad

A hearty salad of beans and mushrooms is suitable for both a regular lunch and a festive table. The ingredients are simple, as is the cooking process. And the tandem of beans with mushrooms is a good flavor combination.

Beans should be soaked before cooking, as the beans should be kept in water for 3-4 hours.
