Beans and Chicken Salad

Today we will move away from the classics and prepare a salad with a bright taste and aroma. The usual flavors of chicken fillet, beans, fresh lettuce and bell pepper are successfully emphasized by the bright colors of an unusual dressing of French mustard, chili sauce and olive oil. Surprise yourself and your guests with such a novelty!

We wash the chicken fillet under running water, put in a saucepan, fill with water and boil in salted water for 20-25 minutes. We take out the finished fillet on a board, let it cool and cut into small pieces.

We clean the purple and white onions, wash and cut into thin half rings. Wash the bell pepper, peel it from the core and chop it into thin slices.

Make a salad dressing in a deep bowl: mix olive oil, soy sauce, French mustard and chili sauce, add lemon juice and mix everything.

We send the chopped onion to the dressing and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Peel the daikon, rinse and rub on a coarse grater.

In a salad bowl, mix daikon, bell pepper, chicken and beans.

Rinse the iceberg well under running water, separate 1/2 and cut into large pieces. We send it to the salad bowl.
