Beans and vegetables salad

Boiled vegetables with canned beans make up a hearty and lean salad. It is not difficult and fast to prepare, most of the time is spent on boiling vegetables. The salad is like a vinaigrette, dressed with oil and vinegar.

Wash potatoes, carrots and beets with a brush and boil in a peel. Peel and let cool. Cut the carrots into cubes. Peel the onion, rinse and chop. Cut the cucumbers in the same shape too. Place everything in a bowl.

Chop cabbage into strips, peeled potatoes and beets into cubes. Put the beans in a colander and rinse, leave to drain and add to the vegetables.
