Salad with beans and fried mushrooms

Salad made from simple and affordable ingredients is worthy of the highest praise. It will suit the place both on the festive table and as a hearty appetizer among the everyday menu. Beans, mushrooms and meat make the appetizer very satisfying, but the calorie content can be slightly reduced by replacing pork with chicken fillet.

Put pre-boiled beans (or canned) in a salad bowl.

Peel the onion, divide into 4 parts and chop. Put it in a small bowl, add water, sugar and vinegar and let sit for 15 minutes.

Peel the champignons, rinse and cut into slices. Fry in sunflower oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. At the end of frying, add a little salt.

Transfer the mushrooms to the beans. Chop the boiled meat into strips and place in a common salad bowl. Chop the green onion into small rings and toss in next.
