Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Cut the ham into strips, after removing the skins and wrapping films.

Wash the tomato, remove the stalk attachment point and cut into strips. It is advisable to use a fleshy tomato so that there is no excess liquid in the salad.
step 3 out of 7
Open a jar of beans, transfer them to a colander and rinse under cold water to wash out the slimy liquid. Turn over a little by hand, leave to drain and pour into a salad bowl. Also, drain the liquid from the corn, you do not need to rinse it and send it to the beans.
step 4 out of 7
Rinse the greens well and place them in a bowl of ice water for a couple of minutes, this will give the leaves more freshness. Remove the herbs from the water, shake them a little and place them on a flat plate for a couple of minutes to dry. Chop the herbs finely and transfer to a salad bowl.
step 5 out of 7
Add mayonnaise to the salad, mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients and taste. If you wish, you can salt and pepper to taste.
step 6 out of 7
Cut off the coarse crusts from the loaf and cut into medium cubes, transfer to a hot dry frying pan and dry the croutons, turning over after a minute, on all sides. Let them cool down for a minute.
step 7 out of 7
Place the croutons on the salad before serving.
