If you have a little time - you can boil the beans yourself and make crackers yourself - it will turn out very home-style.

Soak the beans for several hours in water. If you're planning your menu for the next day, you can soak the beans overnight. Boil the beans until tender, drain the water and let the beans cool. If you have a multicooker, this is a great opportunity to shorten the cooking time of beans, there is no need to soak them first, you just need to set the correct mode, and the multicooker will do the rest.
Cut a few slices of black bread into small cubes, spread them in a thin layer on a baking sheet, put them in the oven at 100 degrees and dry for 10 minutes, then open the oven door, sprinkle the crackers with a little salted water and dry for another 15 minutes. If the bread is sprinkled with water initially, the bread crumb will get wet and stick to the baking sheet. You can use ready-made bread crumbs, but the flavor of the flavors can distort the taste of the salad.
