Salad with beans, carrots and sausage

Mixed salad made from canned beans and carrots in Korean style, supplemented for satiety with eggs, sausage and corn, flavored with garlic. It turns out quite spicy because of the seasonings in the carrot marinade and because of the garlic.

Peel the smoked or semi-smoked sausage and cut into thin strips, put in a bowl.

Grate cheese coarsely, add to salad.

Boil the egg in salted water with a pinch of baking soda, then cool quickly in ice water. Peel, grate and add to a bowl.

Drain the juice from corn and beans and send to the same place. Squeeze Korean carrots, cut if too long, and send to the rest of the ingredients.
