Preheat the oven. Pour vegetable oil into a blender bowl, add pre-peeled garlic and whisk using a blender. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Tear the lean ciabatta into small pieces. Drizzle with half the garlic oil. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake until golden brown.

Wash the celery well, dry, cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Put the chopped onion in a bowl, season with salt and cover with wine vinegar.
