When preparing any broth for soup, we advise you to put a piece of beef and a whole carrot there - then, in addition to the soup, you can make an excellent salad with boiled beef as a second course. This saves time and energy.

In the container where the salad will be prepared, mix the dressing. Combine olive oil with soy sauce, add wine vinegar, pepper and sugar or liquid honey.

Rinse the spinach leaves, shake off excess liquid and dip in the dressing on all sides. Instead of spinach, you can use arugula, lettuce, or even sorrel.

Cut a slice of sweet bell pepper into thin strips and add to the spinach, mix.
