This salad perfectly combines sweet and salty foods, it turns out very unusual and tasty. Cooking does not require special culinary skills and takes a little time if you do not take into account the preparation of beef.

Boil the beef in salted water, leave the meat to cool in the broth, so it stays juicy. Cut the finished meat into cubes.
