Beef and bell pepper salad is very simple to prepare. The main thing is to choose high-quality, tender meat and boil it in advance. This dish is quite satisfying, so you can use it not only as an appetizer, but also as an option for lunch or dinner.

First, it is necessary to boil the beef in salted water at the medium temperature of the stove for at least an hour. By the end of cooking, the meat fibers should be soft. We take the meat out of the broth and let it cool completely.
