Take the beef and cut it into small pieces. Put a frying pan on the fire, add a little vegetable oil and place the pieces of beef there. For the first 5 minutes, cook the meat on maximum heat, turn it over so that it is fried on all sides. After that, reduce the heat to a minimum and, covering the meat with a lid, simmer the beef for another 5 minutes. It is best to add salt at the end of cooking. Let the beef cool.

We wash the salad mix thoroughly, dry it and put it on a dish.

Open the canned beans, put them in a colander and rinse to get rid of the marinade. As soon as all the liquid has drained off, put the beans on top of the lettuce leaves.

We wash the bell pepper, cut it in half, remove all the seeds and cut into thin strips. We also wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into wedges. We lay out vegetables for meat.
