Salad with beef and arugula

This is a warm PP-salad, which perfectly saturates and includes many compounds beneficial to the body. It consists of roasted beef, lettuce leaves and arugula, fresh tomatoes. The dish is dressed with delicious honey sauce and sprinkled with pine nuts.

Brush the beef steak with grain mustard, olive oil and salt.

Fry the meat for 20 minutes, remembering to turn over about every 2 minutes. In addition, beef can be baked in the oven at 200 degrees.
