A hearty and delicious salad of beef, hard cheese and pickled onions - perfect for a festive table, as well as to diversify the daily menu.

To prepare the salad, choose a small piece of beef fillet. We rinse it under running water. Put in a saucepan, fill with water and put on fire. After boiling, drain the water, rinse the meat from scale and fill it with water again. Bring to a boil, add bay leaves and salt. Boil until tender. We take out the finished beef on a plate and let it cool. After that, we disassemble it into small fibers.

Put the eggs in a saucepan, fill with water and boil until tender. When ready, take the eggs out of the water, let them cool and peel them.
