To prepare the salad, choose a small piece of beef fillet. We rinse it under running water. Put in a saucepan, fill with water and put on fire. After boiling, drain the water, rinse the meat from scale and fill it with water again. Bring to a boil, add bay leaves and salt. Boil until tender. We take out the finished beef on a plate and let it cool. After that, we disassemble it into small fibers.
Choose onions for the salad not too bitter, you can purple. Peel the onion, rinse under running water, cut in half and cut into half rings. Place the onion in a deep bowl. In a separate container, mix the vinegar with two tablespoons of water, mix and fill the onion with the resulting mixture. Leave it to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
