Cook honey mushrooms for about an hour over medium heat. Then we drain the water, let the mushrooms cool down.

Peel the onion, chop finely. Rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown, add the carrots, mix, pour in 1/3 tbsp. water.
