Puff salads are usually prepared for some kind of holidays and celebrations. I want to suggest a recipe for puff beef salad. The dish turns out to be simple to prepare and satisfying, the ingredients are simple, but in combination with each other, an incredible taste is obtained.

Cut the pre-cooked beef into thin strips. If your beef is raw, boil it. Rinse the meat thoroughly, put in a saucepan, cover with water, salt, put on fire. Bring to a boil, remove the resulting foam with a slotted spoon. Simmer for about 40 minutes. Cool the finished meat, and then cut into thin strips.

While the beef is boiling, set the chicken eggs to boil. Cool the boiled eggs, peel, grate on a coarse grater.
