Squid and pineapple salad

A very satisfying and bright-tasting salad is obtained by combining squid with pineapples. Seafood goes well with juicy sweet fruit. This appetizer turns out to be very tender and is usually served cold.

We defrost the squid carcasses in advance, rinse and immerse them in boiling water. Cook for exactly two minutes. If you overexpose seafood, it will turn out to be too tough.

Cool the carcasses and cut them into thin long strips.

Boil the eggs, cool them and chop finely.

Drain the juice from canned pineapples. We cut the pieces themselves into cubes.
