Salad with squid and pickled onions

An original spicy salad of squid and pickled onions will perfectly diversify the dining table. The appetizer can be served with a side dish. The dish turns out to be aromatic and rich.

Peel the onions, cut them into thin rings and immerse them in a deep bowl. Fill with vinegar, oil, sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper. Add bay leaves, stir and marinate for at least 1 hour.
