Delicate salad with squid with a very interesting touch. And all because the squids in it are smoked. Of course, a salad can be prepared with just boiled squid, but if you want to try something new, we take smoked ones. They are sold in one piece, to which it is very easy to pull the skin off. It is convenient to chop the fleshy fragrant pulp - the salad is prepared really quickly. Such a dish is well suited as a cold snack - it perfectly whets the appetite.

First you need to boil potatoes and eggs. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, fill with water and cook in their uniforms, adding a little salt to the water. When the tubers become soft, remove the pan from the stove, drain the broth, and pour over the potatoes with cold water to cool faster. Hard-boiled eggs. After cooking, fill them with cold water and let cool completely.

We release the squid from the surface dense film - it comes off easily, it is enough to pick it up with a knife from the edge. Cut the pulp into thin strips or small cubes.

We decorate the surface of the salad with herbs. The finished dish can be allowed to brew in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving - this will make it softer and juicier.
