Salad with squid, crab sticks, egg and cheese

Crab sticks will successfully "support" any seafood in the composition. Squids are no exception. In addition to them, add cheese, eggs and some onions. You will get a delicate salad with a slight spicy note. To make the dish look harmonious and attractive, we suggest cutting all the ingredients in the same way - in the form of thin strips. Classic mayonnaise is suitable for dressing, and a sprig of fresh parsley for decoration.

Cut the pre-boiled and chilled squid into a thin strip, which we immediately put in a bowl for mixing the salad.

Cut the crab sticks into strips commensurate with squid strips. We put them in a bowl.

The queue of cheese: rub it on a coarse grater or try to cut it with a knife as thin as possible. Add the cheese to the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

We recommend using the red onion, because it is not so sharp and behaves more delicately in the salad. We clean it from the husk, rinse and cut into thin translucent half rings, which we pour into a bowl.

Pre-boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool completely and peel them. Cut them into strips approximately equal in size to the squid. We spread it to the rest of the components.

We fill the salad mixture with mayonnaise, mix gently so as not to deform the cutting of products. We remove the sample and, if necessary, add salt to the salad, and also add black ground pepper to taste. Decorate the surface of the dish with fresh parsley leaves.
