If you love seafood - this salad should arouse at least curiosity. The composition includes squid, shrimp and crab sticks - such a set of components will provide a delicate and at the same time rich taste of the dish. And mayonnaise will only enhance and reveal the taste of seafood. By the way, for the salad, we use only egg whites to emphasize the texture of the squid and not disturb the delicate color of the ingredients. This is a great option for a cold snack for any table. If you want to add a salty touch and a festive element, decorate the surface with a little red caviar. This will create a mood and set off the delicate natural sweetness of seafood.

Boil the eggs hard-boiled, pour cold water after cooking and let cool completely. We peel the eggs from the shell and cut each in half. We extract the yolks - they are not needed in this salad. Cut the squirrels into thin slices, similar to squid strips.

Boil the shrimps in salted water for two to three minutes. It is important to keep an eye on the cooking so as not to overcook the delicate product. We remove the finished shrimps from the water and let them cool. Then remove the shell and remove the tails.

We wash the squid thoroughly. We remove the upper film from them and pull out the central cartilage. Boil the carcasses in salted water for no more than two minutes so that their flesh remains tender. We take out the finished squid from the broth, cool and cut into thin rings.

We release the crab sticks from the packaging and cut them into small cubes. You can also use crab meat for salad - there is no difference in taste.

Put all the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl: egg whites, squid rings, cubes of crab sticks and shrimp. We spread the mayonnaise and mix gently. We taste the salad and add salt if necessary.
