If you're looking for a light seafood salad, this might be a great option. A mixture of squid and shrimp is placed on a pillow of crispy iceberg lettuce leaves. For a rich taste, we use a small amount of grated hard cheese and eggs. By the way, we recommend taking quail - their neat small halves fit perfectly into the picture of the salad and create a harmonious attractive look. For piquancy and juiciness, add a little onion. For aroma - a pinch of dried dill. Such a salad will not make the meal heavier, but will saturate the body with a maximum of useful substances.

Defrost squid if necessary. Then rinse thoroughly with running water and remove the surface skin with a knife. In a saucepan, bring salted water to a boil and lower the prepared carcasses into it. Cook for one and a half to two minutes. Then we remove the squid from the broth and let it cool.

Cut the cooled carcasses into thin rings.

We wash the shrimps and cook in the same way as for squid. If the seafood is small, then you can simply pour boiling water over them and stand for a couple of minutes. After heat treatment, let the shrimp cool slightly and remove the shell from them, remove the tails.

Boil quail eggs hard-boiled - five minutes of cooking will be enough. We cool them in cold water and clean them. Cut each egg into two halves.

Peel the onions, rinse and dry. We cut it into thin transparent half rings. Wash green onions and dry them. Cut the feathers into small transverse pieces.

Rub hard cheese on a coarse grater.

We wash the Iceberg salad, dry it from excess moisture and cut it into large pieces with a knife. Alternatively, you can tear the leaves with your hands.

It remains to form a salad from the prepared ingredients. This can be done both in a common salad bowl and immediately on portioned plates. We put pieces of Iceberg on the bottom. Place pieces of onion and green onions on top in a chaotic manner, sprinkle with grated cheese. Next, place the squid and shrimp rings. Decorate with halves of quail eggs. Sprinkle the surface of the salad with salt, black pepper and dried dill. Put a small amount of mayonnaise in the center for dressing. It is recommended to mix the sauce with all the ingredients individually after serving, in order to preserve the attractive appearance of the dish at the time of serving.
