For a rich taste, we use a small amount of grated hard cheese and eggs. By the way, we recommend taking quail - their neat small halves fit perfectly into the picture of the salad and create a harmonious attractive look. For piquancy and juiciness, add a little onion. For aroma - a pinch of dried dill. Such a salad will not make the meal heavier, but will saturate the body with a maximum of useful substances.

It remains to form a salad from the prepared ingredients. This can be done both in a common salad bowl and immediately on portioned plates. We put pieces of Iceberg on the bottom.
