Salad with squid, seaweed and eggs

To taste, such a salad turns out to be quite spicy and perfectly whets the appetite. Not surprising, because the dish is based on pickled seaweed and squid. As for the latter, we suggest using smoked ones - they have an incredible aroma and juicy pulp. Of course, you can use just boiled squid, it will still be delicious. A dash of green onions will add freshness. Mayonnaise is ideal as a dressing.

Squeeze the pickled cabbage from excess liquid and put it in a salad bowl. By the way, pickled cabbage can be used both in pure form and with additives in the form of carrots, eggplants, mushrooms. All these ingredients are great for such a salad and even make it richer and richer in taste.

Boil quail eggs hard-boiled for five minutes, then fill with cold water. Let them cool and then peel them. We cut each lengthwise into four parts.

Place the chopped eggs with the seaweed.

Wash green onions, dry and cut into small transverse pieces.

Pour the chopped onion into a salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

Cut the smoked squid into strips. The size of the strips should not be too thin so that the squid pieces are felt in the finished salad and are not "lost" in the seaweed mass.

Add the squid strips to the salad bowl after the green onions.

We fill the salad with mayonnaise, its amount is regulated according to our own taste. After mixing all the ingredients, we taste the dish. Add salt if necessary (carefully, almost all ingredients already contain salt) and do not forget about ground black pepper.

Serve the salad immediately after cooking. The food turns out to be quite satisfying. Accompanied, for example, by boiled young potatoes, such a salad may well pass for a full meal, after which there will be no feeling of heaviness.
