Salad with squid, cheese and mushrooms

Squid with cheese and fried mushrooms is an option for a hearty winter salad, because in summer seafood is prepared with cucumber and egg. Add some walnuts to the salad. The wonderful taste of the salad will not leave anyone indifferent.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes.

Heat some vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the onions in it. Then transfer the mushroom plates to a frying pan, salt and fry until the mushroom juice evaporates.

Boil the squids, previously thawed and peeled, for 2 minutes, then cool and cut into thin strips.
