If you have squid at home, but you don’t want to bother with preparing complex multicomponent dishes from it, you can make a simple salad. Despite all its simplicity and elementality, it has a rather rich taste. Natural squid is already delicious in itself, and if you add eggs, green onions and mayonnaise, then additional notes appear that only enhance its sound like seafood. In order to preserve the natural texture of the squid as much as possible, we recommend preparing it using the boiling water method.
