Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 10
We usually buy squids frozen, so before processing them, the seafood must be completely defrosted. Then we wash the carcasses in a large amount of running water, removing mucus, which easily comes off.
step 2 out of 10
In a saucepan, bring about two liters of water to a boil, to which we add a little salt, black pepper and a couple of bay leaves.
step 3 out of 10
We put the washed squids in boiling water, keep the pan on the stove for another ten seconds and immediately remove it. We leave the squid in hot water for ten minutes.
step 4 out of 10
Next, we take out the carcasses and clean them of the remnants of mucus and surface film. We pull out the central cartilage. After heat treatment, it will not be difficult to peel the squid. After that, we rinse the carcasses again with cold water.
step 5 out of 10
Cut the prepared squid into thin rings or strips - as you like.
step 6 out of 10
Boil the eggs beforehand, cool completely, peel and cut into small pieces.
step 7 out of 10
Peel the onions, wash, dry and cut into thin transparent semicircles.
step 8 out of 10
Wash dill greens, dry and chop finely with a knife.
step 9 out of 10
Put the prepared ingredients in a bowl: squid straws, pieces of eggs, chopped dill and half rings of onions. We open a can of corn and discard the grains in a colander, allowing the excess liquid to drain. Pour the corn into the rest of the ingredients.
step 10 out of 10
Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix everything together. Serve the salad in a common salad bowl or on portioned plates, garnished with herbs.

Bon Appetit!
