Squid salad, egg, cream cheese

There are many ways to prepare salads with squid and for every taste. This recipe is for lovers of tender options. Processed cheese is responsible for the creamy soft taste. To add some piquancy, add a chive of garlic. A couple of sprigs of dill will refresh the salad. Well, and the main ingredient, squid, we suggest not to cook, but to cook by boiling water. This makes them soft and retains their delicate texture.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We wash the squid thoroughly with running water. For convenience, we place each carcass on a board and remove the surface film, pull out the cartilage plate. Place the squid in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. After three to four minutes, drain the hot water, and rinse the squid.
step 2 out of 5
Cut the prepared carcasses into thin long strips.
step 3 out of 5
Rub the processed cheese on a coarse grater. So that the cheese is not smeared on the grater, you can first hold it in the freezer for half an hour: the cheese mass will harden and it will be much more convenient to grind it. Additionally, the grater can be rinsed with water - so the cheese will not stick.
step 4 out of 5
Boil the eggs and cool them completely in cold water. We clean them and rub them on a coarse grater.
step 5 out of 5
In a salad bowl, mix squid strips, washed and chopped dill, grated eggs and processed cheese. Season the salad with mayonnaise and taste it. Add salt if necessary and add black pepper. Decorate the surface of the salad with parsley leaves. Ready! Can be served on the table.

Bon Appetit!
