An interesting version of the salad with squid. Green peas complement these seafood well - both have a somewhat similar dense texture that reveals itself well against the background of delicate eggs. For freshness and aroma, add green onions, it will also give blotches of bright green color. Mayonnaise is great as a dressing. By the way, such a salad can be served not only traditionally in a salad bowl, but also filled with puff baskets, profiteroles, pancakes or pita bread. It will make a wonderful cold appetizer.

We open the jar with canned squid, put the contents in a colander so that the liquid glass. If the pieces of seafood are too large, then cut them into smaller pieces. Alternatively, boiled squid can be used for salad. It is important to observe the cooking time and not to boil them in salted water for more than two minutes, so that the tender pulp does not become "rubbery".
