Quinoa is a cereal rich in vitamins and minerals. It can be used as a stand-alone side dish or used to prepare various salads. Today I want to share a recipe for an unusual salad with quinoa, shrimp and avocado. Try to cook and you will not remain indifferent.

Put the prepared quinoa in a saucepan with a thick bottom, cover with cold water, following the instructions on the package. Put on moderate heat and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Then remove from heat, cover and cool completely.
