Smoked chicken salad with prunes and walnuts

An elegant salad, for the preparation of which you will need a couple of hours of free time. Due to such an unusual composition and beautiful appearance, it will definitely appeal to gourmets and aesthetes.

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Hard-boiled eggs, grate whites and yolks separately. Pour the prunes in boiling water, then dry and cut. Chop the walnuts with a knife. Chop the onion and mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil. Cut the chicken into cubes.

Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Combine mayonnaise and garlic. Spread the first layer of onion, mushrooms, walnuts and mayonnaise on a platter.

Make the second layer from the yolk. The third is made from half cheese, walnuts and mayonnaise. Then half of the smoked meat and mayonnaise. Put the prunes, part of the walnuts and mayonnaise in the fifth layer. Then comes the second half of the chicken and some mayonnaise.
