Smoked chicken salad with beans and bell pepper

Juicy, nutritious, very satisfying salad of smoked chicken, beans and bell pepper. This is an incredible combination of flavors, from which it is impossible to tear yourself away. Complement any side dish and make it even more appetizing!

Peel the onion, cut it into squares and soak it in a marinade of water, vinegar, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. granulated sugar. We leave it for 20 minutes.

Now we cut the smoked chicken into small pieces.

We wash the pepper, cut it into halves and remove the seeds. Remove the stalk and cut the pepper into cubes, about the same size as the chicken.

Wash the greens and grind them.

Drain the beans and combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl. Add pepper, smoked chicken, pickled onions, herbs and season with mayonnaise. Salt to taste and season the salad with ground pepper.
