Here's another harmonious and delicious selection of smoked chicken salad products. This dish is worthy of a festive table. It will look spectacular if you put the salad in layers in portioned plates and decorate with Korean carrots.

Free the smoked chicken leg from the skin and remove all bones. Then cut the meat into small pieces.

Peel and chop the onion into small cubes. Wash the fresh mushrooms, dry them with a napkin and cut them into small pieces of arbitrary shape. Fry chopped onions in heated vegetable oil until golden brown. Transfer one part of the fried onion to the chicken.
