Smoked chicken salad with mushrooms and prunes

Salads sometimes combine products that seem to be incompatible in their taste. But the end result is very unusual and interesting. We offer to prepare a salad of smoked chicken, prunes and mushrooms.

Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs. Cover the bowl in which you will put the salad with cling film.

Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Wash the champignons and cut into wedges. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil until tender, at the end add one clove of minced garlic, salt and season to taste.

Mix sour cream with chopped garlic clove, add salt and pepper to taste.

Grate eggs and cheese on a coarse grater. Put grated cheese and some eggs at the bottom of the bowl, put a small amount of sour cream dressing.

Peel and grate potatoes. Lay out the layers in the following order: some potatoes, some walnuts and mushrooms. Then a little sour cream.

Wash and dry the prunes on paper towels. Cut the chicken and prunes into cubes. Lay these ingredients in the next layer, brush with sour cream.
