Prepare the necessary ingredients for the salad.

First of all, set the chicken eggs to boil. While the eggs are boiling, tackle the mushrooms. There are two opinions - to wash the mushrooms or not, the choice is yours. I just peel them. Cut the peeled mushrooms into small pieces.

Peel the onion. Chop not too finely.

Heat the pan well, lay out the mushrooms, fry, as soon as the extracted juice evaporates, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Transfer the chopped onion, fry until golden brown. Put the finished mushrooms on a plate to cool completely.
