Smoked chicken salad with croutons

Chicken meat is ideal for salads. It is dietary, relatively inexpensive and readily available. However, if you are worried about dry chicken salad, try replacing the cooked meat with smoked meat.

Cut the bread into cubes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the bread cubes on top of it and put them to dry in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Separate the chicken fillet from the bones and chop.

Rinse the cucumbers, pat dry with paper towels and cut into cubes.

Rinse the tomatoes, cut into cubes, and leave on a cutting board for a couple of minutes to drain the juice. Then transfer them to a salad bowl.
