Smoked chicken salad with tomatoes and mushrooms

A hearty, nutritious and incredibly delicious salad of smoked chicken, tomatoes and mushrooms will complement any dish and make it even more appetizing. For a family table and a festive feast, it will be appreciated everywhere! Very tasty!

We wash the champignons and let them dry. Then we cut them into rather large plates.

Peel the onion and cut into squares.

Fry onions and mushrooms in vegetable oil over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Boil eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes, cool under running water. Remove the shells and cut them into pieces.

We also wash the peppers and tomatoes. Cut the pepper into halves and remove the seeds, cut it into strips. And we cut the cherry into 4 slices.
