Hearty, nutritious salad of smoked chicken, tomatoes and cheese with a delicate mayonnaise dressing. A good addition to a potato or cereal side dish. Very tasty and incredibly satisfying!

Cut the loaf into small cubes. Lubricate the pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil and heat it up. We spread the loaf and fry for 10-15 minutes. over low heat.
