Smoked chicken salad with mushrooms, prunes and walnuts

Delicious, nutritious salad with an incredible flavor combination. Smoked chicken, mushrooms and prunes complement each other perfectly, and the gentle sour cream dressing will make it even more appetizing!

Boil the potatoes and carrots in salted water until tender. We check it with a fork; the vegetables should be soft.

Cut the champignons into slices and fry in vegetable oil for 10-13 minutes, stirring occasionally.
