Peel the onions and cut them into cubes. Fresh mushrooms or oyster mushrooms are suitable for salad. Rinse the mushrooms, dry and cut into thin slices. Pour a little sunflower oil into a preheated pan, put onion, fry it, then add mushrooms to it, salt, add spices to taste, mix everything and fry until mushrooms are ready.
To assemble the salad, you will need a round or square shape without a bottom. If you don't have anything suitable, it can be cut from a 1.5-2 liter plastic bottle. Place the dish on a flat plate, lay out the smoked chicken pieces in the first layer, brush it with mayonnaise, press down on the layer with a spoon.
