Smoked chicken salad with fried mushrooms

Beautiful flaky salads are always good for festive occasions. An appetizing appetizer will easily feed a large company, and a variety of delicious ingredients will make the dish incredibly satisfying.

Let's prepare the ingredients. Boil eggs and potatoes. Put the mushrooms in a plate to defrost.

Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Throw in finely chopped onions here. Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add thawed mushrooms to the onion. Salt and stir. Cooking for 10-15 minutes.
