Rice-free crab stick salad with cheese

The traditional crab stick salad is most often made with rice and canned corn. I want to suggest a recipe for crab sticks salad without rice with cheese. The salad can be served in tartlets or used as a filling for a pita roll.

Grate hard cheese with a fine grater or chop with a blender.

Cut the peeled crab sticks into small cubes. Rinse parsley well under running water, dry. Any greens can be used. Chop finely with a knife. Peel the garlic, chop with a sharp knife or press. Place in a prepared salad bowl, add finely grated cheese, add salt and spices to taste. Mix well.

Season the salad with mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
