Salad with crab sticks and seaweed

Seaweed contains a large amount of iodine, vitamins and macronutrients that are so necessary for our body. Seaweed can be included in the diet as an independent product or as part of a variety of salads. Today we will prepare one of these salads: seaweed with crab sticks and sweet corn - a very successful combination!

Cut the crab sticks into cubes. If the crab sticks are frozen, they must first be defrosted.

Put the eggs in a saucepan, fill with water and boil hard boiled. Immediately fill them with cold water. After a couple of minutes, the eggs will cool down and can be peeled. Cut the peeled eggs into cubes.

Put the seaweed in a salad bowl. If it has too long fibers, you can cut it with a knife. Add chopped eggs and crab sticks to the cabbage. Open the jar of corn, drain the water and pour the corn into the salad.

Season the salad with mayonnaise. Before you salt the salad, note that the seaweed is pickled and spices have already been added to it. Salt and pepper the salad to taste and mix well. We lay out the salad on portioned plates, you can start tasting!
