Salad with crab sticks, cucumber, tomatoes and croutons

Juicy crispy salad. We put cucumbers not only fresh, but also pickled - this is both freshness and piquancy at the same time. Crab sticks, tomatoes and cheese go well with each other and give a very pleasant taste. We recommend adding the croutons just before serving, so that they do not have time to get wet.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Grind the crab sticks into small cubes.
step 2 out of 5
Wash fresh cucumbers, dry them, remove "heels" from both sides. Cut vegetables into thin strips. If the peel is too rough, then we must cut it off.
step 3 out of 5
Squeeze the pickled cucumbers from the liquid and cut into small pieces.
step 4 out of 5
Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into cubes. Wash dill greens, dry on a towel and chop with a knife.
step 5 out of 5
In a salad bowl, mix crab sticks, fresh and pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, dill and grated hard cheese. Season with mayonnaise and mix gently. We taste and add salt if desired and add freshly ground black pepper. Place the salad on serving bowls and generously sprinkle the surface with rye croutons. We serve until they are soaked.

Bon Appetit!
