Crab sticks, tomatoes and cheese go well with each other and give a very pleasant taste. We recommend adding the croutons just before serving, so that they do not have time to get wet.

In a salad bowl, mix crab sticks, fresh and pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, dill and grated hard cheese. Season with mayonnaise and mix gently. We taste and add salt if desired and add freshly ground black pepper. Place the salad on serving bowls and generously sprinkle the surface with rye croutons. We serve until they are soaked.
