The base is most often crab sticks and an egg, the rest of the ingredients change: rice, cheese, etc. Today we will also prepare a salad with crab sticks from the main ingredients, supplement their composition with fresh vegetables, cheese and herbs a little and change the serving form - we will decorate the salad using a culinary form.

The next layer is cheese. We spread it on a tomato, level it and cover it with a mayonnaise mesh, for this we slightly cut the corner of the bag with mayonnaise. If you are using canned mayonnaise, you can use a small plastic bag or pastry bag. Put a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise in it, use a spatula to drive the mayonnaise to one corner of the bag, make a small incision and press on the bag.
