Crab stick salad in layers

There are many recipes for salads with crab sticks. The base is most often crab sticks and an egg, the rest of the ingredients change: rice, cheese, etc. Today we will also prepare a salad with crab sticks from the main ingredients, supplement their composition with fresh vegetables, cheese and herbs a little and change the serving form - we will decorate the salad using a culinary form.

First, prepare the crab sticks: cut 2/3 of the crab sticks into cubes, and rub the remaining sticks on a fine grater.

We rub the cheese on a fine grater. It is better to use hard cheese.

Boil the eggs hard-boiled, immediately cool them in cold water, peel them and rub them on a fine grater. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Add garlic to eggs, mix with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, mix everything.

To decorate the salad, we use a special shape or a culinary ring. We set it on a flat plate and begin to lay out the salad ingredients in it one by one: lay out the crab sticks, chopped into cubes, in the first layer.

Put the egg mixture on crab sticks and gently level it with a teaspoon across the width of the entire form.

Rinse the tomato and chop it into thin slices. We put it in the next layer on the egg mixture.

The next layer is cheese. We spread it on a tomato, level it and cover it with a mayonnaise mesh, for this we slightly cut the corner of the bag with mayonnaise. If you are using canned mayonnaise, you can use a small plastic bag or pastry bag. Put a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise in it, use a spatula to drive the mayonnaise to one corner of the bag, make a small incision and press on the bag.

The final layer is crab sticks crushed on a grater. We spread them on a mayonnaise mesh and level them.
