For lovers of simple home cooking, I suggest a quick and easy recipe for a salad with shrimp, pineapple and cheese. The salad turns out to be tasty and low-calorie, it will appeal even to those who watch their diet and figure. I often prepare such a salad for holidays and family feasts.

First of all, prepare all the necessary ingredients for the shrimp, pineapple and egg salad. Open a jar of canned pineapple and drain the syrup into a separate container.

Wash the cucumbers thoroughly in cool running water, pat dry with a kitchen or paper towel. Trim off the ends and then cut into thin strips.

Also cut the hard cheese into thin strips.

Boil chicken eggs in advance, and then cool completely in cold water and peel them. Cut the peeled chicken eggs into medium cubes.
